Default blinking rear tail light issue

Hi ya all.
So heres my problem. A few weeks ago i noticed that my right turn signal indicator "ticks" or signals alot faster then the left turn signal. About 2 x faster. A friend pointed out that the right rear brake light and turn indicator does not work either. Day time running lights that are red works fine. Am i wasting time by replacing the bulb or is there some electrical problem issue going on here. These 2 issues must be related I think. any ideas. thanks

I' m driving a 2007 H3Hummer

I think the filament in the bulb for DRL is different for turn signal. So, if that filament is burned out, it will cause an indicator to blink faster than normal. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Make sure to replace the bulbs and replace them with the correct ones. I believe hummer 4 life to be correct about the speed of them. Blinker speed is load dependant. less draw will blink faster.

You have a bulb problem check all your bulbs and replace any that don't work right with the correct bulb. Look in your H3 book for correct bulb.

yeah I have a 2008 alpha with the same issue, no right turn or brake light. (most of the time)
I noticed in addition to that issue, the right 12v outlet also gos out. I'm sure at this point it's the BCM that GM was so thoughtful to discontinue.
I've taken it to every electrical specialist in Birmingham and no one has a solution. sometimes everything works great, most times it doesn't.
Can't find a new BCM anywhere, only junkyard options so far. I am waiting to hear from a guy about possibly rebuilding a old BCM but we shall see how that progresses.
Please post if any of you ever find a viable solution. I will also follow up with any developments.
cheers,
Rick
