Default Backup camera!

Hello guys!
I have a 2006 H3 and need some advice.
I'd like to install a new radio with backup camera that would include navigation, bluetooth and possibly a CD player.
My H3 just turned 100,000 miles so an expensive system would'nt make sense...
What would you folks recommend??

Hey MAM167, my Alpha has a Pioneer AVIC or AVIX, which comes with a backup camera and navigation. The camera is located on the inside of the rear door, above the back glass. The spare tire blocks the view though, so I am thinking of relocating it to below the glass.

OP is right - the H3 needs a backup camera! I was looking for the same features but ended up keeping the premium OEM audio system and instead put a Garmin DriveAssist 51 GPS in my H3. Great little navi system, 5" screen, touchscreen and voice command input, recording dash cam, and bluetooth for phone. The Garmin backup camera video signal interfaces to the DriveAssist via wireless connection so only have to provide the camera with power from the backup light circuit and avoid running wires from front to back. Free lifetime map updates, and the nav unit can be easily taken with you and put in other cars. I put the nav unit up on the center dash, bought a second power cable for the nav unit and hid that so no unsightly cables. Mounted the backup camera near the tow package connector and spliced it into the backup light circuit. Total cost at the time just under $400, units are less expensive now.

No CD on the Garmin but that is already present on the OEM system.
