Any advice would be greatful
I have a 06 h3, I absolutely love it specially for out in the desert. My car registration requires smog this year, but check engine light is on. I took to gmc for them to fix, they claimed it was a short in my fuse box. $1200 later, I finally get my vehicle back. I pick it up and engine light was off all looked great. Go not even 2 miles to get gas and had to take right back to them because now low tire pressure light on and tires are perfect. After sitting there for 3.5 hours, they tell me have to replace valve stems, buy orginal remote and have them program it so can get light off. Not happening. Finally, they pull my car out of dock and I get in to check engine light on. Now they are telling me that they want another $300 to diagnose, it is running too lean. Any ideas? I have replaced the MAF sensor
Read this linked thread... check that your Intake Manifold fasteners are properly tightened and your Air Filter is properly seated inside the Air Filter Box. Acts like it wants to stall/rough idle -No CEL -What To Do:
If you are still trying to use the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors, get rid of those for a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.
Notice how I suggested "read", that would mean avoid posting in the linked thread and just read it.
