Has anybody body found a adjustable upper control arm ? I have a 3" lift and would like to find these to help the camber. Or does anybody know a way to since the ball joints can't be replaced with adjustable ones .

 

Camber adjustment is done with the adjustment bolts on the control arms. Not sure how high you are but if it can't be adjusted to within spec with those bolts you are way to high.

This is directly form the GM HUMMER H3/H3T Service Manual

1. The caster and camber adjustments are made by rotating the offset cam bolt and the cam in the slotted frame bracket in order to reposition the control arm.
2. Important: Before adjusting the caster and camber angles, jounce the front bumper 3 times to allow the vehicle to return to normal height. Measure and adjust the caster and the camber with the vehicle at curb height.
3. For an accurate reading, do not push or pull on the tires during the alignment process.
4. Determine the caster angle. Be sure to compensate for frame angle where required.
5. Determine the positive camber or negative camber angle.
6. To adjust at the upper control arm. Remove the pinned adjusting cam insert. Do not reinstall the cam insert. Loosen the control arm cam adjustment bolts. Adjust the caster and the camber angle by turning the cam bolts until the specifications have been met. When the adjustments are complete, hold the cam bolt in order to ensure the cam bolt position does not change while tightening the nut. Tighten - Tighten the cam nuts to 155 N?m (114 lb ft).
7. Verify that the caster and the camber are still within specifications. When the caster and camber are within specifications, adjust the toe.

Michigan metal works sells UCA for exactly your application. They cost $600 (pricey) and just recently had a sale. They allow upto 1" extra adjustment at the mounts

They look rather nice too, but I don't see me ever needed something like that in the near future.
