3.7 engine off road capable?
Hello, everyone, I need some advice, I'm just about to get a H3T for off-roading, I'm really looking forward to a v8, with the off-road package. but just today I got wind of 2009 with a 3.7? engine.
So my question is.. is it capable for off-roading? not rock crawling, but some mud, and ditches, maybe a steep hill....
Thnks!

Welcome to HF.
The 3.7L is capable for all of those including rock crawling. It's all about gearing and understanding how to navigate obstacles, not mashing the skinny pedal.
The 5.3L shines when it comes to hauling and trailer towing.

There are 100s of guys wheeling H3s and some H3Ts with 35s and the I5s. I used to have an 07 Adventure on 33/305s with all the mods before my 09 H3 Alpha Off Road, the I5 can do everything you need for wheeling. No worries.
