Default 2007 H3 No crank No start

Got up one morning headed to work and my Hummer wouldn’t crank or start. Now my obd2 sensor isn’t communicating I’ve read that there is a splice pack Sp205 on my truck but I am having problems finding it so maybe I can get some communication with the modules. Any and all feedback would be very appreciated’

#1 is there any power at all when you turn the key over? If not, check the MAXI Fuse on the side of the fuse panel for continuity.
#2 is there a lock looking symbol on the gauge cluster lit up? If so, search "passlock" in this forum.

What Taint said....

Are you still trying to use the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? If so, hack them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. That is the first #1 mod to be done to every H3/H3T. Known problem makers.

I'm more interested in sp205. What drew you to this? What's not been shared?

H2s have the Splice Pack, you aren't going to find on on your H3.

Yes I have replaced the battery terminals, there is power to everything as far as I can tell when I turn the key and the lock symbol is on I’ve tried to program the key but have had no luck. My obd2 sensor isn’t communicating with any modules that’s why I was looking for the splice pack

I replaced the ignition lock cylinder with a new one with key. This is why I was trying to program the key

You'll want to verify that dlc (obd2) port has grounds and power. Then check for communications.

Here is your problem (misunderstanding). H3s do NOT have a chipped key, there is NO Programming for the key. Put your old lock cylinder and ignition switch back in, after you clean the ignition switch with CRC Electronic Cleaner.

The easiest Passlock fix is to clean the ignition switch with CRC Electronic cleaner.
