Hi guys figured this would be the best place to start with needing information.

Details on Build
2006 H3 with the 3.5 180k miles originally from mass now in Maine ran great except oil leak caused from stuck pcv and a HOLY Frame "rusted out" Frame and Motor are both being replaced a 3.5 from a 2005 canyon 5 speed 4x4 that had 43k miles on it as far as i know the Atlas inline 5, 3.5 is the same across all vehicles. Frame is from a 2007 H3 From the south no rust dings etc.
My goal is to have a near flawless H3 with no rust, suspension, or engine issues would love to lift it but im on a VERY tight budget Part donations are welcome!!
! very much would have done a Alpha conversion but finding one and then having to do all the electrical it would make more sense to just buy an alpha, also debated on putting in the 3.7 however there are no 07 h3 engines and ecu in my area for sale at a decent price they want upwards of $2k for the motor
Would love to install a 2.5 to 4 inch Suspension Lift and 1 inch body lift but budget wise i may only be doing the 1 inch body lift
every single part that came off that's going back on is being sand blasted, Treated, and Painted (HVLP) with Kbs possibly another black high temp paint for the Knuckles and Calipers

Body is in the air underside has been sand blasted, treated with kbs cleaner, kbs rust converter, and then HVLP sprayed with kbs rustseal 2 coats both about 1.5 mil thick then 2 coats of blacktop 1 mil each looks brand spanking new

Old frame was disassembled cut in half and then junked it was not even worth saving

new frame was from the south no scaling rust just surface however i sand blasted it anyways and did the same as the under body with kbs looks like a brand spanking new frame i want to get stickers for it if anyone knows how to get them

what i need help with
1) i need to find every single bushing, sway bar link, dust shield, and all other parts that are wearable items on a hummer h3 frame here is my current list but i feel like im missing things

im sure im missing a few parts i should replace please let me know and add what it is and possibly a part number for me to look up

I have used reflex shocks to put on rather newish
torsion bars and keys are original 180k miles ** should i replace them** if so are there interchangeable parts from other cars i can use
4 speed auto transmission and transfer 180k inspecting gears and replacing fluid, transmission still has cherry red fluid

No singular person knows everything and a a collective we know it all so all information you can help me with would be an astronomical help i consider myself a jack of all master of none but still better then a master of one
I have all the tools except for a metal bender or the ability to machine parts

seriously part donations would be incredibly helpful

 

Just to clarify things, your only options to lift it are a 1" (or 1.5") body lift, or find an old Rancho 4" lift (hasn't been manufactured for a number of years now).
