I'm at a loss here - this just started about 3 months ago -2004 H2 91K miles well taken care of- the battery/cables are fine - replaced the starter 2 months ago- all connections at starter clean - replaced starter relay as well - I don't know if this has ANY thing to do with this issue and have no idea if it can but when ever the AC acts up (like not cooling well) if I shut down the H2 and try to restart I get nothing - wait about 20 minutes and it starts fine - if I don't use the AC no issues what so ever - if the AC is working fine no issues - but if I use the AC and the AC is on max and not really cooling if I shut it off and try to restart say after running in the store or pumping gas ..... nothing no crank - all dash light come on but no click at starter - no passive restrain light flashing - had it at the dealer but they can not reproduce

Love my H2 but man this sucks

 

I know this does not help, but I have a 2004 H2 about 100,000 miles doing the same exact thing. I have had the starter, alternator, and battery checked and they all are good. I have posted the issue on this forum without any luck. If you find a fix please let me know and I will do the same. Thanks
