Default 07 h3 i5 170k miles engine power loss

Our h3 has pretty severe engine loss happening. It’s at a reputable shop in Denver and they’re having trouble figuring out what is going on so I figured I’d ask here.

What has been done so far: maf cleaned, new spark plugs, throttle body cleaned, new air filter, new fan clutch, ecm reprogrammed.

No errors are being thrown. We aren’t seeing the reduced power error.

any ideas?

Stop throwing parts at it!
Did your "reputable shop in Denver" check fuel pressure & compression? If fuel pressure is good & low compression, INDUCTION SERVICE(DECARBONIZE ENGINE) FIRST! Btw, there's a DIY kit for that, sit back and watch these:

No mention of tightening the intake manifold fasteners to proper TQ?

Don't they usually cause a CEL?

Update on what else they did:

We checked the intake and decarb engine, checked back pressure on the catalytic converter.

Fuel pressure readings? Btw, easy to check cat with an IR gun.
