You could run the neighbors kids around to tennis ...socker..Ballet class and Disco at the same time and make a few bucks.

Gonna need to extend my garage only 22ft deep to park that 30footer.

Workbench is a SHltCollector. I have a couple portables.

Wish my garage had a floor drain, that is a very well organized garage.

Nope, that's the laundry/furnace/water heater/2-freezers/backup beer fridge/storage/extra tools room.
The bomb shelter is further in after walking through that room down the hallway past the bathroom to the end of the family room where I installed access doors to a 600sqft crawl space with a steel I-beam I recoated:

Btw, I live in a split level with 7 levels combined 2 in the garage (main level and attic) & 5 in the house (3 levels and 2 attics)
I'm currently working on a storage space inside my bedroom closet (176sq.ft.) above the main level making this level 4 + there is another attic above the upper level #5.
