Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Cool Poll..... I am always on top of maintenance. It's my Daily Driver as the poll asks. At the first sign of any kind of glitch I'm on it. If I can't figure out the problem, it's right to the shop manual. Then Youtube.... Then HERE. We got some great detectives here. Usually find the answer's. I watch TPMS.. Oil Pressure.. Temp ... and alternator as well as doing oil changes every six months weather or not the oil monitor or milage says I'm good.

Nothing like fresh oil and a clean air filter and some FI cleaner every now and then.

Don’t drive her much, just put up a little over 2000 miles for the year.
Rebuild her and lots of parts replaced hoping for years of fun.

Will be driving my H2 from Pittsburgh to Maine/VT area in a few weeks to tackle ski resorts. Just got tune back from black bear performance. Cant wait to put on the miles. Driving 13/15 hours straight no problem. Can feel those heated seats now. Edit. Put close to 10,000 miles a year right now. Will be taking it over 200,000 very soon!!!!

I commute to college from home with my h2. About an hour each way. Then go to work and go play hockey. Along with visiting friends at their colleges out of state, the occasional off road trip, and towing way over capacity. My truck definitely sees a lot of use. I’ll have driven almost 25,000 miles this year by the time the year is up. 152,000 on it overall

Been rock solid reliable. the only thing that’s ever left me stranded was the heater quick connects blowing up. And a few other things that were 100% self inflicted. I’ve done some major repairs too, but nothing that would prevent me from driving it.

Recently acquired '06 SUT.
Needs a couple items short term - then primarily "special use". Snow storms (emergency) and summer "car shows".
Daily driver is a Cadillac.

I have a 2005 Sut I have been working on for the last 4 years. 6" Fabtech (kept the air suspension) with 40's, still looking to get it regeared with 5.13's and new paint in the spring. New hood scoop with lights, extended flares, just waiting for this beast to be done. Still looking to buy another H2 or HUMVVEE as a new project down the road.

Best thing I have ever sank a ridiculous amount of money in.. Zero regrets.

Thumbs up A hope for Cheers and happyness as the year ends!

The H2 Hummer fan base is amazing, All who own them understand why they are such great vehicles. I guess you would have to say to own one is to love one, lol

I do hope as time moves forward salvage prices drop a bit. Though it is good more Salvage yards seem to be getting into the H2 salvage business prices continue to rise. Hopefully as the senile buffoon and his cabinet of clowns leave office some normalcy will return the automotive industry as a whole.

Anyway, it's really been a trying year for us all and the sun is shining brightly for 2025. Hope health, wealth, and happiness finds you all. Personally, I am recovering from Knee replacement surgery and am looking forward to getting back to working on girl.
She has served me well and like her owner needs some TLC. Merry Christmas and Happy new years all!
