Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default What Year Should I Consider Buying

Hi everyone,I'm kinda new here. Been looking at the Hummer for a while now (since 2007). It I'm now 24 with a 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT and a 2011 Chevy Tahoe LT. Previously had a 2004 H2 but sadly died on me :'(.Alot of people said the Hummer is similar to driving the Tahoe which is amazing. HECK YES,Just a little wider and boxier.I really want to know what is the best year to buy it. One person who owns two (was chatting with him under a YouTube video about the SUV) and told me that the 2009 is really reliable. Really doing my research and I'm seeing alot of good through Hummer H2 years. Hoping my post isn't confusing, half sleep at the moment haha.

See my 03 and 11 are both very reliable...& I just now got what you are saying. I previously owned an 04 til she died on me (transmission went out and didn't have money to repair it.) I'm going to try to look at the 06-09s. Hummer is a very reliable SUV,I guess I was young and dumb when I had it. Definitely learned my lesson on how I take care of my vehicles.

It all depends on the mileage and condition.Spend the extra$$$ for a clean-low miler no matter what the production year.

Will definitely take this advice heavy as the Hummers are becoming harder to find.

Got dammit!! As soon as I saw your comment I done fell backwards. For the 08-09 slot of dealerships are asking for $34k and up. I can only do $22k. Oh what a world we live in today. But looks like I'll keep working my way up to it for sure Should be looking buying another in the next year.

As a woman definitely learn from this years back Haha. After I get off the road I'll definitely have more time to look at a few more. Working with a semi definitely done taught me how to take care of a vehicle.
