Water leak on inside from A/C

Water leak on inside from A/C
I can probably guess what needs to happen but hoping others have already paved the way.
I have 2 issues with my Hummer. Forever after roughly an hour on a trip, if the fan is on low, the A/C will stop blowing thru the A/C vents and switch to no mans land, ie it blows but not to a defined outlet. I have changed the actuator 3 times to no avail.
Yesturday on a 4 hr trip, same deal, except all of a sudden the A/C vent blew some crap out and water started dripping down the drivers side of the console. It was freezing cold and had no funk smell so I'm 100% confident its condensate water.
My questions are: How or why would water get on drivers side? I thought the condenser was on passenger side. How can I correct this? Lastly, has anyone had the issue I described with the A/C just going now where? I don't want to just keep replacing actuators as it haven't helped. My next part to r/r will be the control panel but its a crap shoot.

First check the drain on the fire wall passengers side exterior and make sure its not plugged, should be a small black rubber elbow usually flat on the outlet and gets clogged. Normally this would cause the passengers side to flood but its possible for the case to be sealed and have the condensate exit the drivers side. The loos of air flow is usually caused by the condensate freezing the coil due to low coil temps. I've seen the condensate get carried over by the fan under these conditions to the vents once the coil starts to thaw.
With the coil frozen and air flow blocked you will hear the blower running and it sounds as if air is moving but the air will not be going anywhere. A blower is somewhat different than a fan, when you block the air path of a blower it unloads the motor and sounds as if it picks up speed.
The pressure switch needs to be checked as this is the protection to prevent this from happening. This usually happens when the outside temps are cool and the AC is being run on low and recirculate (MAX) and possibly slightly low on refrigerant.
