Come on... I know many people drive a 08 model here.

I have a 08 H3 and recently added a H3T and neither one has any interior squeaks or rattles.

The newer 08/09 interior has more durable interior panels and materials. Just like all GM vechicles, they do make some noises. The 08 truck seems to be a little more solid over the 07 and older interiors.

Switching to the new door panels may require a dash change to though. Where the door meets the dash looks like it would need changes.

I think anything could be done but it wont be cheap or easy. I think you would need the complete dash and wiring harness to make it work. It would be cheaper to trade up to an 08

As much as I would love to trade up to a 08 I really don't want to. I love my 03.

Did something similar but with a twist. I have a 2008 but door got side swiped, replaced with same color from part out but was pre-2008 year. Found that the door was missing a few holes for the clips to mount to the 2008 door panel Lined them up and drilled then worked like a champ. So you should be able to use a 2008 door pane on a 2003-2007 but just need to drill a few holes to make it work.
