Hey, I was looking for some help determining if it was possible to put the 2008 door panels on an older model Hummer H2. My door panels are cracking and I need replacements. I called hummer and they are trying to charge 900$ a pop, but i find 2008 panels on ebay cheap all the time. I feel like the panel would fit but what about the harnesses for window switches/heated seats. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I can see no one has attempted it yet. I am going order one and see if i can do some fabrication.

I will keep you guys updated i'm fairly sure it is possible with some reasonable re wiring. Hoping to gather all parts and start this coming month when i'm not so busy.

I am also having problems getting any type info about hummer parts , tech tips etc on this site... I thought this site is for enthusiast that does this everyday and helps each other ... Maybe I should look for another helpful site.

 

In my 03 H2 when going over bumps the door panels and dash always make some sort of sound. Does anyone know if they eliminated that in the later models? Like in the 08?
