welp... my h2 was ideling rough and a lil sluggish... notice the mpg slowly went down... took the throttle body off and cleaned the hell out of it.. it was very gunked up.. crusted all along the blade .. bolted back on.. started it up.. sprayed carb cleaner around the intake, vacuum hoses, and throttle body to check for leaks.. everything was perfect.... drove around for 30 min at all speeds 25mph-75mph... idel is smother, seems to picked up 1-2 mpg and definetly has more pep to it.. hardest part was getting the throttle body harness plug off ... and I had to remove 2 out of the 3 throttle body studs to get it off... would not clear the water pump hose inlet... about a hour from start to finish..

 

Thats good. I just put a Jet Perfomance throttle body plus MAF sensor and that made a great difference. I was having similar issues prior.

 

yah.. so far so good... that's going to be my next upgrade along with the corvette servo

 

What size throttle body can I put on with stock injectors?

 

I don't think it matters .. the engine is only going to take what it needs... a little bigger injectors or throttle body prob. wont make a difference because its being monitored by the o2, mass air and other sensors ..

 

In my case it did... so far borla exhaust, jet MAF sensor Jet Throttle Body which really helped. gonna do superchips cortex programmer tomorrow to see what more can do. Definitely performance is better. Gas Mileage not improved so far. Will keep posted.
