I have a 2003 H2, transmission cooler lines have a leak.
Have read a few posts about bypassing through rad cooler/adding a new cooler due to rad issues of leaking.

Having a tough time finding parts in Canada? passenger side is readily available, but drivers is not???

So Im considering a full custom setup, while underneath the H2 I noticed a fair bit of room in the "cage" area...

Does it make any sense to install either a frame rail tranny cooler there?
or one of the new style heatsink coolers?

Bolt to top of cage, much shorter lines/easy to fab., but effective?
Horizontal to direction of travel or inline with forward travel?
Remove stock tranny cooler for better airflow to rad?

Add heatsink cooler to small open grill above bumper? would look unique! but good?

I remember waaay back in the day ppl were adding oil coolers/tranny coolers "exterior mounted" either on hood or bumper, lol

Would it be insane to add a properly fitted stainless or ? tranny cooler to hood? replacement for fake hood grill?
Similar to a subaru intercooler on replacing fake vents.

not understanding the driver/passenger side thing, but this trans cooler should work Tru Cool if you can get ebay shipped to you. I think i only needed to other fittings for the lines but could have easily cut the line ends instead and not needed anything else, this kit has everything needed
