a quick look indicates that the mirrors while they look the same are different
the part number for the 08 and 09 mirror passenger side is GM 25774404 and the 03 to 07 is GM 25774401
there was no specifics on the options for these mirrors listed on the GM parts site.
So it does look like GM offered a straight mirror for the 03 to 07 H2 but the mirrors are different then the 08 and 09, from the pictures it looks like the electrical plugs are different

Thanks Neal...
Just bought a 07 smashed up arm assembly with a Good Mirror. $100.00. So that will be my practice piece and back up if I damage the original 09 mirror. When you say different, you mention plugs. All I want is the Mirror Glass. I hope it has the back plate that will mate with my 09 new motor. After watching a video on 07 Mirror glass removal, it looks like the same set up.

Also not sure if the 07 had that coating that turns light blue and dims the brightness down from headlights like the 09 Mirror has. I know it is heated.
So it does look like GM offered a straight mirror for the 03 to 07 H2
I would think that they all have a bend IN THE GLASS to compensate for distance to the passenger side Vs the Driver side. I think the difference in Part numbers is calling out Left from Right. Check out this removal Video on the 07 Mirror and pause it when he shows the back side of the mirror.

Thanks Neal.

thought you were looking to pickup the entire mirror,
I looked for the glass but could not find a GM part number for the 08 and 09 (correction found them) but did fond one for the 03 to 07, the 07 must have come with different options for the mirrors
one listing on GM Parts Giant shows a mirror for the 03 to 07 that does not fit the 09 but when I look up the mirror for the 09 it also shows it fits the 07.

finally found a listing for the replacement glass, shays these are for the 07, 08 and 09,
GM 19167554 Mirror,Outside Rear View (Reflector Glass & Backing Plate) (RH) 2007-2009 Hummer H2
GM 19167555 Mirror,Outside Rear View (Reflector Glass & Backing Plate) (LH) 2007-2009 Hummer H2
there are multiple option codes (RPO) to match up with your truck to determine what mirror but there is only one listing for each side for the glass??????

does say they have been discontinued,

GM 19120841 Mirror,Outside Rear View (Reflector Glass Only) 2006-2007 Hummer H2

Hey Neal, Yes I had found on line the entire passenger side mirror arm assembly complete brand new. From a listing here...

https://www.gmpartsstore.com/oem-par...oogle_vignette

As you can see it now says ...Discontinued. When I first saw it ..... It said IN STOCK ...With Add to Cart. So I put it in my cart... Then went too check out and it asked for my VIN#. I put my VIN in which I Freaken know is correct but the site said it was a Bad VIN. And the PayPal logo came up. So I looked at the upper hand right corner where there is a name of the of the parts dealer who is in New Mexico...... Quality Buick GMC Albuquerque NM I went to the site and got the Parts Dept Number.

I decided to wait and call the next morning to make sure it was in stock. So I call the Parts Dept...... The parts guy goes.. No we don't have that in stock. So I told him about his site saying it was in stock. He said...Oh..it hasn't been updated. So I said thanks Dude for agg and hung up.

And That's the way it is. So, the Mirror size is 8 3/4 Inches measured diagonally. I would assume all of the H2 Mirrors are the same size. Don't know if it has the High Beam Coating that turns blue to dimm the reflection down like the 08 and 09. I would also assume that it is heated.

It's main purpose is to act as a Practice test in removing my 2's mirror so I can change the Pan Tilt motor. I received that suction thang to remove the mirror. It has 110 Lbs of holding force. The question is .....Do I pull straight out? Or **** it it as shown in the manual to one side and try and pop the corner loose? If I break the 07 eBay one no Big Deal. At that point I'm done....I'll live with Only PAN. Since there are no exact replacements, I'm not going to chance breaking my original 02's mirror.

If I get the 07 out of the housing and it looks the same them I'll have a spare in case I bust the original 2's mirror. So I'll see what the 07 looks like. Should be here in a few days.

Thank You very much for your time researching the above. I know that can be a PITA.

Regards: Mark

Edit: Check out this Video... Not sure the link will work....

If you just need the glass replaced, you do not need to remove the mirror assembly from the door. So no removing the door panel. It just pops out with very fragile clips from the exterior - practice on your used one.

Then, give this a shot. For $35 and easy Amazon returns, you can't lose.

Thanks HellHoof,
I need to replace the Motor Mirror behind the glass. I wanted a Spare Stock "OEM" H2 2008 or 2009 Passenger side mirror in case I break mine removing it. The stock passenger side Mirror has a special bend in it Vs the driver's side do to the distance to the passenger side mirror. I did find a heated version from Ukraine with Tabs and is heated. But the construction is not exactly the same. There is no reinforcement band around the clip fingers like the stock mirror. It should still work.

But since I am ****.... I'm up for just a stock Passenger Side Mirror glass or a Complete Mirror assembly Arm and all.

Bruno Here on the Forum , was working on digging thru his parts and said he might have an 08 or 09 something. But that was a week or so ago and I haven't heard from him.

This is the one I bought. Just went back and searched for it live and I don't see it advertised. Maybe the WAR put them out of business...???

This is the sold listing. Click on..."See Original Listing"
