Rocker panel trim removal
#12
I do not have a link for you....
I found a guy selling a set of the ones just like what you see on eBay which just cover the wheels. When I was asking him about them he told me he had a pair of the rocker panels that were also painted to match as well so I made a deal with him on all of it.
I have no idea where he got the rocker panels but they are essentially the stock black plastic ones, just painted. You could always get the finder kit and then have a paint/body shop paint the rockers. I'm not certain of it but that is possibly how the ones I got became white but I just dont really know.

Is it 10 clips per rocker? I’m going to order some today so I have them on hand. The guy doing my body work is 3 weeks behind so there is no rush for me to get it all together. I’m also replacing all the clip nuts on the wheel well trim and the fender liner too. As well as the T15 torques screws (I need to count them all). This way I have clean body, new hardware. Once I get past this I’m going to start cleaning up the frame. And I’m in search of a front passenger side yellow door WA5456 due to a dent I thought I could pop out. But can’t. Lots of projects on this H2. But my plan it to keep at it.

Just wanted to follow up and state that they all popped off fine as you stated. Panel trim tool and a wooden shim is what I used. All of them broke... but thanks to you I already have all new fasteners. I’m going to drop it to get some paint and body work done... then I’ll put the trim back on... might as well hit it with wipe new first. I apply that to all the plastics I have. Just not the h2 yet. Makes it like New.
