Can you find a private forwarding postal service in the US, then you could order parts from GM Dealers, NAPA and other reputable suppliers, have them ship it to your US based address , then have the shipping place send it on to you.

Part of the issue may be the cost and customs issues. So the following works in the US. Not sure if they ship globally. For in-stock OEM GM Hummer parts, I always use https://www.gmpartsdirect.com and https://www.group1autoparts.com - they are actual GM distributors. Of course every year fewer and fewer parts are available.

For parts from wrecked Hummers, I have had very good luck with https://pacificmotors.com - they always have a Hummer that they are parting out. Usually a 2007 and earlier and a 2008/09.

For parts that are no longer available and hard to find, eBay is really the only other option. On eBay, I trust the following. They have been long time sellers: factoryOEMparts, JandJAutowrecking, butlerautorecycling, advantage-parts, pacific-motors.

Facebook Marketplace has a lot of people parting out Hummers. I always see between 3-5 Hummers being parted out at any time near me, however, most sellers do not ship, and require local pickup. Some will ship, but often US only. So it is worth checking if you have a friend in the US that can go pick up and ship.

AND... if you need a part re-built, I have had success at https://predatorinc.com. They service Hummer owners worldwide. I just had my air suspension compressor die, and they custom fabricated the solenoid and value unit to get it back in service. Not inexpensive, but an option when the part you need is absolutely no longer available.
