I replaced the passenger sensor. It was easy. And the reason mine did not work is that someone had put in the 15177813 which does not work in my 2005. I took off the skid plate and cleaned it. This was also easy. I have a commerce website I can sell the part through if and when someone wants it.

 

I ordered the part that was called for on the hummer H2 which is 15177813, but the part that is actually on my hummer is 10370148. Are these two parts interchangeable or did I get the wrong part?

 

Someone put a 15177813 on my H2 2005 but that is for 2003-2004 H2 and it did not work. The 10370148 they sent me as a replacement did work. What year do you have? From what I understand the electronics changed just enough so that the parts are not interchangeable. The 15177813 I took off my 2005 has ebay type inventory marks on it so I wonder if someone is selling them to people with the wrong info. The backstory on mine is that the service airbag light came on during purchase so the seller and his mechanics told me they would fix it, and they were puzzled when it wasn't fixed. Check with your ebay vendor.
