I'm about to purchase my first Hummer,the 2009 H3T Alpha,and I would like to know how much I should pay for it.

The market for Hummers and GM in general is full of uncertainties. I mean GM can't even finance its own cars. I know I will be upside down when I take it off the lot, buthow much? [Honestly, I really don't want to know.The trucklooks so darn nice!] The MSRP is $45,195. The negotiated price so far is $40,500 plus fees.
