From time to time, they're on there. I bought one for $27. I have Billet CHROME letters on one that I take off for the winter and put the PLAIN one on!!

Find a body shop or friend at a GM dealer and have them get you a bumper cover for a 2003-2005 H2 so you do not have the hole pre-drilled. Also if the cops give you rap about not having a light replace the blank pocket in the rear gate with a pocket out of 2003-2005 H2 as it will have the light and all you should have to do is pop it out, plug in the new one (wiring should already be in the gate) and snap it in. As for the odd bolt head next to the passenger side tow hook just get a chrome cover for it. Hope this helps
