Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default RAT's !!! They Love your Soy Wiring.

Cars that taste good.....

Check this out... All about how the Mfg's have switched over the years to Soy and other non Petroleum based wiring. Critters don't like Petroleum based wiring. Also If you scroll down there is a list of Mfg cars that were damaged by Rodents and the cost. It's starts out as a description of the problem and when you scroll way down the list starts by Mfg. Only one HUMMER is listed. but there alot of cars and years with the damage in $ shown.

I just ordered one of those sonic flashy light under hood Rodent chasers....

Here's what I bought from Amazon. It's auto on and auto off when you start your rig.

10 years ago I sold our Volvo V70 wagon to a friend of mine in Calif. He called last week and said he had the junkyard come and pick it up because rodents had ate the wiring harness.

It's serious problem ... all it takes is one bite in the right place and your car is stuck

When I first moved to Texas, our area was heavy new construction and it displaced the rodents (mainly rats) who would crawl into vehicle engine bays and go to town. It was primarily foreign vehicles at the time, as they used the soy-based wire coating. Mechanic told me to spray peppermint spray in the engine bay and around where I park once a month, every month. I did that and never had an issue.

One of the guys on my Corvette forum (Not The Corvette Forum) has a few cats. He takes some cat poop and Cat pee and puts it a Ziplock Bag and punches a few small holes in it. Then Puts it under the hood of his 70's Classic Dodge Truck . Never in all the years has he had any problems. Also keeps a few bags in the garage near his Corvette.

LMAO... Yeah ...we call him "Pasta" Here is his latest post along the same lines....

I just put a fresh bag of cat litter waste in my shed yesterday. Shed has been up in the tree row since 2017, never had a mouse in it.
