Recently I’ve been getting these random white splotches all over my dash. At first I thought it was from my previous marker light leak since it was only on the right side. Now I see them pop up randomly. I have no idea how that happens and the headliner is dry and there are no leaks. I’ve attached some pictures. They come off with mild soap and water. I can’t just rub them off. It’s on the plastic and the vinyl.
