i have seen your videos before keep up the good work! i like you mention the fact about the amp as many people get stumped by that part and the need for the tech2 to unlock them. you know the radio works if you don't have the car in run position? it goes into theft lock when you start the car. so at least you can test the radio this way before needing to unlock. i have one from a chevy taho that i tested and it had the chevy logo on boot but after a second boot it displayed the H2 background. this was without unlocking just key on accessory mode. it came up with theft lock when i started the H2.

Thanks for watching i did have the chevy logo at first but mine was fully on locked to the previous h2 . I did rewire the amp harness to work with the nav unit , that was a fun time trying to rearrange all the oem wires but it worked fine.

on mine they had integrated a PARROT handsfree BT unit and spliced in at the amp harness. to take it off i would have had to remove the center console, dash and passenger seat then re splice the OEM harness and remove all the excess crap so instead i just found a used PARROT unit on ebay to replace the parts that they had cut off like the screen and mic.
