Default New remote key fob doesn’t fold the mirrors

Hi All,

I have a 2003 Hummer H2. I just received a new remote fob. I was able to program it up for the truck, it open and close it perfectly. However on closing it doesn’t fold the mirror in. (The old remote does it) Should it be programmed somewhere else?

set the mirrors function from the dash cluster menu settings and store it to whatever driver the key fob is proggramed to by holding the driver button on the door.

Really? ... I wonder if that works on the 09 H2. I fold them manually by hitting the fold unfold button when I leave the 2 in a parking lot. Maybe I should read my owners manual. Wonder if it will work. Was that a standard feature on all 2's?

I know If I hold the Unlock button down for a few seconds all windows will go down at the same time. Wonder if The mirrors will do like you say?

Thanks, I will check it get back to you. I believe it can work, because the current fob does it.

Well I tried it on my 09... There is nothing in the owners manual or on the dash menu about using the Key Fob to work the mirror's. But I'll gladly trade that for having the Knock Sensor on the block.

The only DIC setting for the mirrors on my 03 relates to 'curb assist'. My FOB doesn't fold the mirrors nor do I see anything in the manual that states they can be folded in any other way but the power mirror 4-way adjustment button on the drivers door panel. I know the 08/09 had the All Windows Down option. Not aware that was available prior to 08.
