I’ve purchased the Bilstein and I like them very much.

steering damper:

Bilstein 33-174525 B8 5100 Steering Damper Front B8 5100 Steering Damper,Silver

shocks:
I think 5100 series Bilstein can’t recall the exact number for front and back.

Smooth ride

Spoiler

Thanks guy's, I see they are German Quality 👍

Would you believe just 1 listing on Amazon UK with only 4 left, BUT 20% cheaper than RA who was coming out the lowest till then, so on order

(haven't told the wife yet)

BTW they look easy enough to fit 🛠, not a big job.

Probably a little late with this info, but I don't think you can go wrong with FOX. I put 4 of their external reservoir shocks on my 06 H2 - not the cheapest option but a magnificent ride.

Thanks for the info........ Fox shocks look the business and as say not the economy option.

In the end I took the forum's advice and went with Bilstein

Would you believe I pretty much followed this guy's advice, quite an easy job really 🚙👍 (his truck needs some under body work though)

Did you replace the bump stops at the same time. I put the Bilsteins on mine and also replaced the bump stops that were in horrible condition.

Rookie mistake; mechanic's don't use claw hammers!
