Multiple intermittent issues solved
Last week started getting several intermittent issues. Rear hatch a jar. Front passenger door wouldn't unlock. OEM stereo would get stuck searching for CD. Lived with it until yesterday when I had time to dig into it. Snip the pink and black wire to the BCM which should have turned off the rear hatch a jar that was on all the time. Light stayed illuminated. (You can access that wire just underneath the fuse panel on the far left end of the dash behind the plastic panel.) So reached up under the dash to the plug on the bottom of the BCM.... It was loose. There's a plastic Tang that if you squeeze towards the plug releases it.... That plug was in the release position. Push plug in may be a 16th of an inch, move Tang to the outboard position... And all intermittent issues are repaired. Strange thing about the symptoms... On days that it would rain or have high humidity, the problems are more frequent.
BCM was changed by previous owner. Has the slot cut behind the instrument cluster on the left. I can only surmise that the plug was not latched in place completely.

It's probably worth noting that loose connection also created intermittent issues with the tow haul, tc2.... And a code popped up for the driver's seat module which worked perfectly. All the issues disappeared, just securely plugging that plug in.
