Never found one that did not have a number code on it. Its on the lock cylinder to the left or right of the key hole.

I've checked again and no number code on both racks and on both side of each rack, see pic below, is there another location that it would be engraved??

Just bring that code into a gm dealer. they only cost a few bucks to get the keys, they will need the code though on the lock.

Can't, they are on a national back order apparently. I have actually tried to buy several different parts over the last 2 weeks and all have been discontinued or back ordered.

If there is no ID number on the lock cilinder then the roof rack bars are aftermarket not factory GM. You will most likley need to go to a lock smith to get a key cut for this.

The factory Keys are still available from the dealer but the factory H2 roof rack bars are discontinued and no longer available from GM. Your other choice it to go with the aftermarket brand, its very hard to tell the difference.

Thanks, I took it to a local locksmith a couple days ago and they pulled the cylinder and created keys for it. They said the cylinder is similar to ski racks locks.
