More bugging.... does anyone know the longest straight or curved light bar available ?
I have seen 52 inches... just wondering if there are ones longer than that.

Curious... Why are you trying to go bigger than 52"? If you're looking for more light output maybe try putting a bunch of 9" spotlights instead of a really long light bar

I would prefer to have one long bar with only one wire harness

I thought the same. Would be nice to find a light bar close to the same width as the main roof rails. Problem is that would not fit much of anything else so the demand for one that long would be very low. As such no one is going to make one.

I bought my Hummer with a light bar already mounted. The wiring was not professional, and the light bar blocked the XM antenna. I much rather have XM than a light bar, so off it came. I believe it was a curved 52".
It's still sitting in my garage.

52" is the longest I've seen so far. I put one on my H2 with only about 1 3/4" space to spare. Different brands have different type mounts, you have to have some room to work with.

Agreed, look at the overall dimensions of each light bar as well. Some are shorter and some are slightly longer in my experiences.
