Default INJ 1 Fuse blows randomly

My fuse keeps blowing randomly. I've been dealing with p0300 codes for a little over a year now and then this started happening. It doesn't happen consistently but the fuse will blow during the start up and kill half the engine. I think it's a short somewhere but was wondering if anyone has dealt with this before or have any ideas where I could start looking to hopefully not spend 1000 dollars on repairs. It's a 2003 H2 at 188960 miles.

Doing a google search it shows you may have a bad ignition coil pack. Which will blow the fuse on that bank 1, could also explain the P0300 code, which is a random engine misfire.

My starting point would be to swap the ignition coils from one side to the other, and see if it blows the INJ 2 fuse. If so, most likely a bad coil pack.

you cam also check the coil harness on both sides for rub throughs. not too expensive to replace or repair.

Thank you for the tip , I did that and it blew the inj 2 fuse. I then swapped two of the coils from that side back to the original to see if I could narrow down which coil pack it is exactly since I don't know how to test these coils with a multi meter. If you know how to test them I'd appreciate instructions as it would make it faster to diagnose which one is the cause.
