I can’t calibrate my H2 air suspension

Just a few questions to help with diagnostics:-

- Did you use the Tech2 to depressurize?
- Before calibration, what were the left/right trim height voltages?
- Was the calibration successful?
- When the H2 raises up to what you refer to as maximum height, again what are the two trim height voltages?
- At maximum, what is the status of the extended ride height switch? (also you should be able to test it to see if it works)
- What is the ride height sensor current, it should be in mA? (can't recall the exact page/description)
- Is it the original single compressor system and the original ECU?
- Have there been any other changes?
1. Yes I used the tech 2 to completely depressurize
on the jacks and wait ten minutes to fully decompress
2. I can’t recall exactly what they were before i calibrated I think in between 2.16 and 2,45 volts
3. The tech 2 says Trim Hight Learned but when I let it run for 2 to 3 minutes it does not level to the hight I set
4. The Right Ride Hight sensor reads at 0.27 and the Left At 0.41 It shuts off at this hight and displays a code that’s says Right rear position sensor circuit performance
5. The ride hight switch light stays flashing and when I press it it does nothing I also tried using the tech 2 to command the switch on and off but still nothing happens
6. 16 mA sometimes dips into 17 but then back to 16 and stays at 16
7. It is a dual compressor system. That’s the way I bought it. I had to put a new ECU in because the last one broke

I just thought of this I have a twin/dual compressor
but my H2 is a 2004 so can the ECU not calibrate with a later model compressor if so what do I try to calibrate trim hight. I can raise and lower the H2 using the tech2 but it won’t save the ride hight even though it says ride hight learned

The "Right rear position sensor circuit performance" probably DTC C0631 [good to quote] seems entirely accurate since 0.27V and 0.41V are out of range i.e. too low. The sensor voltage range is 0.5V (suspension lowest possible) to 4.85V (highest possible) but normal operating range is around 2.5V +/- 2V, it's as though your ranges are reversed, like the left sensor swapped with the right one if that's even possible.5. To make sense of what is going on verify the ride-height voltages as follows:-
A, With the suspension depressurized i.e. resting on the bump stops
B, Raised e.g. in your case fully.
Voltages for A should be low and for B High, note these are super critically important and central to the entire ride-height control system, the key principle being the higher the voltage the higher the suspension position, it seems to me the ECU is trying to adjust the ride-height but can't get there!B, Raised e.g. in your case fully.
I figured out what I did wrong when I bought the two new sensors I accidentally put them on upside down so when the H2 was at its highest the voltage reads at o.41 and lowest at 3.5 so I just flipped them around this morning and now everything works. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for your time and help

Anyway it all made perfect sense in the end and it's amazing how those tiny little sensor voltages have such a big effect
