That thing looks like the rear end of a Rocket Nozzle. Nice Lawn...I guess you have a sprinkler system in ground.

Chiminea it was black when I got it way too many high temp blazing fires!
No sprinklers just an enormous amount of overseeding since purchase almost 4 years ago.
Been removing river rock in the back yard, dozens of 5gallon buckets removed to grow grass.
Removed over 20 trees/stumps + numerous roots to grow grass.
Also, 4 times the front yard was dug up 2022-2023-2024-2025(1st time the day I received title 8/2022), 2x electric (1 to repair the line 2022, 2 to install a secondary line 2023) &
2x gas(1 to repair gas leak at shutoff 2024, 2 to install a new line 2025(per code cant perform repair on a 1970's gas line & replacement required) to the meter on the side of my house).

Also been applying many treatments of weed killer throughout my yard.
So far this year no digging in my front yard.
This year I'm spending a lot of time on grass growing bare areas: thatching, scarifying, adding soil, adding weed killer, seeding & watering.

Not because you added a fire pit or grass or cut down a tree.... The real reason is the economy...my house is also now over $250K and I ain't done a "Ting"...just water my lawn...and pay to have it cut each week. Got the same 1973 Kitchen. A modest Bathroom renovation and a new roof about 8 years ago with Paint inside and out.

It's just a 3 bedroom Ranch on a 150 X 100 Lot. Sitting on a Busy two lane road. spend it while you have it, I'm on permanant R&R

WTF R U SMOKIN'? MY HOME INCREASED OVER>>>>>+$200,000.00 >>>IN VALUE<<< VERSUS PURCHASE PRICE $186K CASH PAID SINCE I PURCHASED almost 4 yrs ago.
BTW, U will NOT get premium for your vintage home that needs renovated!

I increase the value of my 3 today as I washed it + added a set of emblems

Vine sent me free to review. I placed in front of the side view mirrors (was thinking on the fender above the GM badge however the radio antenna is mounted in that space on the passenger side.
