after a couple bad health days, i succesfully flushed the steering fluid, no problems there.
now it does steer a little lighter and im adjusting the gear/slack and i think i am happy now.
so, to all that helped me: Thank you. i learned again :-)

you are incorrectly adjusting your steering box,
to get it correct follow the video
the first adjustment is the one that will remove most of the play in the steering, not the over center adjustment that you have done.
make sure to back the over center adjusting screw out a couple turns prior to adjusting the pre load
it can be done with the box still installed in the truck but it is not the best way to do it.

thx again, today i did it, but inside the car. losen up that adjust bolt and started like this video.

now its not sticky anymore with centering, and i get it now how it works. just gotta experiment a little with slack in steering wheel.

so thx a lot, and this case can be closed now.
