Default Does 55w HID wash out the color or no?

Hey everyone I’ve been hearing so many mixed opinions on 55w HID. I always hear people saying how it washes out the color and some saying that there’s no wash out between 55w and 35w.
i believe I used to have 6000k 35w kit before and the 6000k was a little too blue for my liking so I was hoping to get the 6000k 55w and for it to wash down to a 5000k 35w color. Is that true? Or is this not actually the case?

maybe if someone could post pics of a 55w 6000k ? I want the 55w for sure but I just want a hint of blue and I felt like the 6000k 35w was a little too much blue for me

thx!!

4000K (Daylight Glow): This color is a clean white similar to natural daylight

5000K (Crystal White Glow): Crisp and illuminating

6000K (Super Bright White): Ultra-bright with a blue hue

thanks for the reply! i think i want to end up with a 5000k at the end, i normally would just buy a 5000k 35w kit but i was told that 55w kits wash out the color so thats why i posted my question. if it does indeed wash out the blue then i would have to get a 6000k right?

I've ran both 35 and 55 watt kits and never noticed a difference. The thing about 55watt kits is the heat. Without a projector to help soak up and disperse the heat you can melt headlight housings. I've even seen 35 watt kits melt housings in the past. LEDs are the much safer alternative and easier to install. HID's generally need a relay harness to ensure proper power for start up.
