Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default console vault installed

This merit a thread .
Even the mod is very simple is a really good one if you need to keep any values in the truck
Im very impressed by the quality ,attached using existing bolts under OEM console, no way to remove it if not open . fit is perfect and it is MADE IN USA (I love to support USA made products)

my old console had the stupid DVD system inside which wont allow any space . I was looking for a replacement then found this ...

Expensive ?... yes @ $280 could be considered a little expensive but how about if a $800 cell , $1000 gun or just a watch is stolen in a car hijacking .
Thats expensive .

100% thift proof? ..... Nhaaa but for sure between the noisy anoying alarm and the vault will make a good comb ... any rat who break a window is just looking for easy quick $ .

My DVD player is still functioning or else I would have one. That looks like an excellent product and well worth the money. Great choice.

H2miami- thats a nice looking console vault! Looks like you did a nice install! Most people probably wouldnt think about securing with the bolts under it. At least that will deter a quick smash and grab. I worry about that. If someone broke into mine they would get spare change and junk. But it would still make me mad. (I like your wheels you recently got too!)

Thanks ... I love the wheels , most important @75-80 mph dont get any vibration . With the OEM I never couldnt get over 70 without a big shaking of everything
Vault was great too , offer extra security while parking on trails or boat ramps

Nice. Especially your little friend...is that a .45? Can't wait to move out of Maryland and the strict conceal carry laws. MD is still in violation of the 2nd Amendment, but no one seems to care. Still fighting for Shall Issue.

I like the vault (oh and nice Defender). I carry a Kimber Ultra Carry 2 but have safe under the rear seat. Where did you order it from?

Only downside is the key lock instead a keypad

I wish they had something like that for the 3, but then again the console in the H3 is so small it only has limited use.

Nice job, KUDOS!

Installed a Console Vault in my H2 a few years ago. Love the security and ability to leave my CCW in without having to worry about it. A+ on design and quality.
