Has anyone looked at Cold Case aluminum radiators for the H2. I like the stamped end tanks with less welds and larger fins (1.25 in). Going aluminum just not sure of manufacture.

 

I think but have no proof that the welded up end caps are thicker than a pressed piece. If that matters, I have no clue. The biggest upgrade is getting away from the crappy plastic ends and upgrading to a 3 or 4 core radiator. Stock is single core.

I picked mine up off Amazon for under $200 and could not be happier.
