Brake master cylinder
Hello All,
I have to replace the brake master cylinder in my 03 H2. Long story short: some years ago at a previous owner the fuel pipe got broken in the engine bay and the brake master cylinder reservoir got melted a bit. I decided to completely renew my truck and this will be the upcoming task.
So back to the question: The current brake master cylinder is a 18024944. It seems, the Centric Parts has a brake master cylinder (130.66042) with this GM interchange number. I wanted to buy an AC Delco 18M1107 first, but not sure if it’s the same as the current one.
Is the Centric Parts a good quality? Or should I continue the search for the AC Delco alternative? What would you suggest me if I looked the best?
Thank you!

My 2003 H2 has the GM 19209243 master cylinder. Looking through my folder of records, previous owner had it replaced at a dealer in 2015. Looking online this morning, GM shows that is a correct master cylinder, replacing 18047533. (Both are apparently discontinued numbers)
No doubt yours has likely been changed in the past. I checked RockAuto and they show that ACDelco you're looking at as a correct application. Going on 10 plus years, so far RockAuto has not steered me wrong.
I also would not hesitate to use the Raybestos MC390542 master cylinder they list. They do list a more complete cross reference list;
OEM / Interchange Numbers: 18040236, 18043278, 18047533, 18048539, 18060790, 19209243, 19209250
Well I always try to stick to genuine GM or AC Delco, especially on electronic sensors and such.. it's hard to ignore a company that's been making Master cylinders since 1902. One of the few exceptions to the rule👍
