Actually, it wasnt a keys and spacers lift... i think there is a misunderstanding.

I think the gentleman did a 4-6 inch lift kit. Like a real bolt on lift kit. I believe at 4 inches nothing was needed for modifications on the body.... Then after all the parts were put on for the 4 inch lift kit, he took 3 inch keys and spacers and added it to the lift kit to give him a total of about 7 inch lift.
Dont get me wrong, I might not remember this correctly. But for some reason this is what I remember and since I cant find the write up on this (or anything close to it), I will just have to go with my memory.

So, what do you think about this? 4 inch lift kit, then the additional of 3 inch keys and spacers

Oh I think I'm starting to recall that build. I believe Rancho sold a 4" suspension lift but still required significant modification. I remember I researched every lift available for the 2s and the only one not requiring major modification was Bulletproof.

Hey B, Yeah i figured that if I could remember that, you could too.. it seems like we are the old ones in these forums.... I dont mean old, just been around forever and a day :-p

Yeah I have looked and found a few 4 inch lifts.
If it will work out (cost, service, and so on....), I might go that route.

This build is starting to roll, but the lift might be closer to last since right now I am rolling on a 3 inch lift with 38s, and everything is in great condition.... and since 40-42 inch tires arent really sold in 18s (the wheels size i have)... I would have to spend a good 3-5k on wheels again when these are almost new.

Yeah that would be nuts to spend that kind of money on rubber. I'd love to put a 4" lift on mine but mine barely fits in the garage now. Might have to sell my house and buy a new one with an RV garage lol.
