Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

All of a sudden my video screen doesn't come u but it still plays music?

Like I said ..mine did the same thig ...blank screen off and on and I had sound. Best way to repair and Item as screwed up in design as that is to throw money at it and buy an other one. Life is to short to deal with that problem. Got me a new one ....slammed it in and had the dealer program it to 2009 radio spec. Good to go.

Now I can listen To ...."Ravi Shankar" the Greatest SITAR player in the world all I want .......as I drive down the road of happy endings .
With children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc, I've dealt with the china crap for many years. Too many non working devices show up on my work bench. I only need my beer, headlamp, magnifying eyeglasses, huge collection of precision screwdrivers, magnetic parts tray, and a can of CRC. I've found many display failures are caused by contact failure from the ribbon cable, pull/inspect/clean/reseat.
My wife:"I know it can be repaired"!
Me: "Why am I repairing this cheap piece of crap"
My wife: "Because they really like it, and I said you could repair it"

Yep... But for me not worth the time to get into those. I have a full shop here with all the tools and Test gear. I used to work for YAMAHA Pro Audio Division. I worked on Large format Live sound mixing consoles used for A acts all the way up to 58 Channel inputs. As well as all Pro Audio gear. My Thing like yours is working on Vintage Audio gear like MARANTZ . Got one on the bench now from 1977 ..A Model 500.

Since I'm 9 miles from the ocean I will confirm that most of the failures in the pro stuff was silver flashed contacts and connectors on most of the gack I worked on.
Thank goodness for SALT air..L.O.L. It kept me in business' for years. The ribbon cables are the worst!!! Cudo's to you for working on those Radios. I'd need some Hemp to get me into one of those....LMAO.
