Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default adding second rear axle.

I have seen two H2 Hummers that were stretched and had a second rear axle. When i retire I might buy a totaled H2 T and the rear to my SUV model. Looks easy and no custom glass required. Question is I have never seen a stretched H3. An H2 has coils or air bags on rear. H3 has leaf
springs, but still looks doable. Anybody seen a 3 axle H3? I know this is the H2 page but alot of us have both models in our driveway.

Why add it if it is not functional, in the video it had no driveshaft. be great if it was a functional tandem axle especially for Overlanding JMO

That was a neat video. That looked like a well done job and the dude seemed like a nice guy. I would drive it.

so i have a 04 h2 . i want to built a 6x6 but there are a few things to have in mind before you start .i had already got a totaled H2 SUT 05 to start the built , theres a shop here in the LA area thats wiling to help with the welding needs for free in exchange for some exposure on my youtube channel . my initial plan was to do a free wheel but after driving a few Gwagons with the same setup and than driving a hennessy performance CHEVY and FORD 6x6 i now want the last wheel to be funtional so i sold the totaled 05 SUT and now i have two diferent ideas . one is to buy a 08 or 09 SUT and extend the frame and add the tail end bed from another SUT the second plan is to get a 08 or 09 silverado duramax chasis and see if i could just adapt the H2 body on that frame . the rear working axle is alot of work theres also a guy here in he LA area that had told me he could try and build one for me but that alone is alot of $$$$$ .
