Did you put a CAI on it when you bought it? Reason i was asking is my K&N is suppose to be here 2morrow & i was wondering how difficult it is to putting it on! I've heard its about an hour to 90 mins. And to call me a Mechanic would be stretching it! Lol! Thanks & GL with your sale!

its a piece of cake to install. open cover remove factory air filter. 3 or 4 bolts beneath. loosen clamp mass airflow sensor. you can do .. maybe one hour first time done less after that. good luck

Thanks dr.drew! so its just 3-4 bolts, no hoses or anything like that, that needs to be closed off or anything! i'm assuming the k&n will bolt rite back up to the same bolts?

dr.drew, I looked under there & it looks like there's several hoses or plugs & then there's the lil' filter monitor. If I unhook those things & then just bolt the k&n up to it, I'm not going to have any check engine lites or anything else come on? Thanks!
