When you contact them tell them what happened? All I know is that you stated you replaced front impact sensors and cleared the codes, yet still have a historical code for the steering wheel module. B0051 is a latched code and there is a way to manually remove the code.
you need to physically check the module it might have corrosion on the pins if you have had water leaking into the drivers compartment. you should also check all your body grounds especially the one near the body bushing under the driver door for corrosion.
Bronx, you are correct! Btw, there are too many fly by nights, that post here! This scenario just don't make sense to me, and ihregistry needs to step up and give more information, to help others in the future. #HFPAYITFORWARD. You have to blow a B0051 into the sdm. However, you can get a B1000 due to contact failure. I'm still confused as to why the impact sensors were replaced and ihregistry never posted the codes for that.
