Hummer H1The original Hummer, which brought the Hummer look to the public eye during Desert Storm, with the addition of some features that make the H1 more of a street vehicle and less of a Army truck
I am having my tires changed and am going to break the wheels down and would like to send the face and caps sent off to get refinished to be as close to factory as possible.
The caps are plastic, not sure you can re-finish them. Looks like mainly clear coat peeling. There are numerous wheel repair franchises that can do the work.

Forgive me, I was talking about the small plate/disc (I referred to as caps), covering the CTIS lines, not the stud caps. My fault on that. In regards to getting the work done, George over at Spartan gave me a shop suggestion one of his customers previously used with good results and they got back to me and said they couldn't work on these wheels, not even just the face. I have posted to the FB groups as well and each suggestion I've gotten either says they can't or they won't, so I figured I'd roll my dice here.
Either way, I appreciate your response. Thank you.
