I'm trying to get advice, I know that I'm probably skirting on the edge of proper forum etiquette so I'll be brief.
My mother-in-law has an H1 in immaculate condition that she's looking to sell. In the SF bay area. Since it's kind of a niche car, I was wondering if anyone on the forum would be able to help point me in the direction of the best place to post the car for sale, or what channels/places would be a good place to start. This ain't the kind of car you take to carmax...
Just to be clear, this isn't a solicitation, I'm not looking for a buyer on this site, I'd just really appreciate any help finding th right place to sell the car. I don't want to ruffle any feathers here, so if I'm out of line asking here, I'll bug off.

Post it here man, and on the other hummer forums, enthusiasts are always looking for mint condition H1's, they're getting harder and harder to find, if I could afford one lord knows I'd have one in my stable if I didn't have to sell my other vehicles and motorcycle to afford it.

 

Post in the Hummer Marketplace at The HUMMER Network at Humvee.net. That will be the most informed group of buyers. Post it here in the classified section and see what happens. I know there are a couple of guys on Hummer looking for H1s. If you want to sell it quickly Eurocar in Costa Mesa is getting top dollar for Hummers and paying good money to buy them outright. I believe that that also consign cars as does DC Motors in Anaheim.
