Ive got a differential light on the dash that comes and goes. I can feel something lightly binding in the rear when i turn. I checked the diff fluid and it was good. Got an appointment to go see a mechanic but nobody is familiar with these rigs in my area. Any ideas what i could be and where i can point the mechanic?

 

check the oil in the rear portals (gearbox connected to wheels)

 

Thanks! Yes thats exactly what it feels like. I had my boat mechanic check the diff but we didn’t check the portals

 

There is also a specific additive that needs to be in your diff fluid.
