Cruise control not working
#3
Have you by chance changed to LED lights? Normally if you do that without adding a load resistor you'll have issues. If you changed to LED make sure you don't see a faint glow coming from your tail lights. If you see that then the cruise control thinks you are always braking and won't turn on.
My cruise control stopped working and I tried everything. Then one day I decided I didn't want my electronic brake any more and pulled the wiring. The cruise control started working after that. I must have installed it poorly.

LED tail lights as V-tek mentioned is probably the cause if you have LED tail lights. If not, it's probably the speed sensor. Hummers have a speed sensor in the transmission and in the t-case. The t-case sends speed to the gauge (this is why when this sensor goes out your speedo doesn't work or bounces) but the transmission is the speed sensor for the cruise control.

New to the H1 world. I have a 2003 with Led lights all around. I installed load resistors to correct the fast blinking and it seemed to help but now my cruise won't work when the lights are turned on. Whats the proper way to install load resistors and what voltage/amperage do I need? Thanks in advance.
