Never owned an H1 but thinking about getting one!

I just won a bid for one, with 9K miles, 2000 model, looking really good, no rust, street legal, registered in Vermont and looking to bring to CA.

Apparently, everything works, electronics are ok, car runs great according to the owner, just wanted to get some feedback from you as the final ask is around 25K.

I've seen higher prices with better interiors and new paint, and I've seen gov surplus for 10K but not street legal and some look in not a great shape.

Anything I should be careful with? Is this a good buy? I just love the H1 so much I'm excited about driving that beast, taking it for camping, offroading, just have some fun (attaching pic)

Unless the seller has current service records I would do a "C" service on it first thing.
