Ac clutch always on

I've went threw couple ac compressors, (it over heats after months).
A new compressor was put on and they said the clutch on compressors always running.
I have a new filter dryer, and switch. And idea what would cause it to stay engaged?

Mine went into the shop, they replaced my tension arm, "bearing was semi shot"
And they replaced a part number "5744760 "THERMOSTAT, A/C (MAIN) from hummer parts guy
And bam she started to cycle
